Has anyone had a sunburn rash before? I think that's what I have. I went to the park on Saturday and sat on a blanket on the grass in the sun. I put on sunscreen, but not until awhile after I sat down, which I'm now realizing was too late. 
The next day, both my arms started itching a lot and were red. Then my legs were really itchy. I put lotion and cream on, but it still itches and there's very tiny bumps on my arms. It seems like all I do all day is scratch my arms as gently as possible while trying to alleviate my itches. At night, I force myself to wear gloves so I won't be able to scratch myself for 8 hours straight, which is good. However, it seems like the minute I get my gloves on for the night, my back gets a stubborn itch that I just can't ignore. I still think it's better to scratch my back, arms and legs with gloves though so I don't damage my skin. I'm sure this annoying rash will be cleared up in a few days.
