I’m currently exploring job opportunities and wanted to ask if anyone here has experience with platforms or websites that cater specifically to autistic people or neurodiverse individuals, specifically Autism level 1 previously known as Aspergers.

I’m looking for platforms that offer roles where neurodiverse strengths are valued and where employers are more understanding of the unique challenges we might face. Does anyone have recommendations for where to start?
