I jumped on the scale today
I'm 200lbs ~90kg and 5ft 2
I'm now catagorised as morbidly obese
My biggest problem is that I'm really bad at cooking, and the foods I know how to cook are calorie dense and high in all the bad stuff (sugar, fat and sodium)
I have a physical job and get daily excersize, but that doesn't seem to be enough to offset my poor diet.
Has anyone been able to loose weight without being able to cook
