Do different people need different amount of food? Or everyone need the same amount of food.

I believe different people do need different amounts of food. They can have different metabolisms and different general levels of activity.

The average recommended calorie intake for a male is 2500kcal per day and 2000kcal for a woman.

The weight of a person and the amount of exercise a person does, their age and height can increase or reduce this amount a little, either way, either more or less.
