Evening everyone! I gotta interesting topic for yous (especially for the ones that exercise to manage their mental health) Well what if I told you that instead of separating it into a structured routine, it can be second nature to perform the way nature intended for humans to rest (deep squatting, kneeling, walking or just being barefoot while standing). Even though it may still be considered rest, your muscles are still being activated by just holding a position, (which is obviously very beneficial for older folks). Thoughts?

Until my surgery heals, I can't squat, kneel or even stand. Sitting gets distinctly unpleasant after 10 seconds without my leg elevated and THAT'S after enough opioids to trank a Rhino.
Largely horizontal has been my only option all week.
The only squat I can perform is doodley.
