Hochul plans to limit hedge fund ownership

Hedge fund people should be banned from buying them completely.

Ideally, there should be a law where we can only sell homes to people who intend to live in them at least 6 months of the year, and have a two-home maximum per homeowner.

Agrees with the above...! And perhaps institutional buyers from foriegn Countries might be looked into aswell...but Its a Democratic offering ( good for the people) . Not Republican..( only good for business)....and since the Republicans are in power ? I only hope this gets the badly needed attn it deserved.
