I know beef & pork are red meat, what else is red meat? Red meat is bad for my Psoriasis.

Bison....although bison ( buffulo)is a higher protien content than cow beef .Horse,,,? zebra? wonder if deer comes under that heading.Red meat, can be reponsible for a variety of symptoms, kinda like glutens in some types of breads.
Can give weird seemingly unrelated symptoms...
( just my own experience, good to get youghurt and acidophilus type supplements into you at least once a week with some Papaya tablets for enzyme stuff that helps.) easy treatment ,big results,if you watch your health..imho.

"According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), all meats obtained from mammals (regardless of cut or age) are red meats because they contain more myoglobin, which gives them their red color, than fish or white meat (but not necessarily dark meat) from chicken. The USDA also classifies ratites, such as ostriches, emus, and rhea, as red meat. Some cuts of pork are considered white under the culinary definition, but all pork is considered red meat in nutritional studies. The National Pork Board has positioned it as "the other white meat", profiting from the ambiguity to suggest that pork has the nutritional properties of white meat, which is considered more healthful."

Not surprisingly, I don't much trust statements by The National Pork Board, so I would consider pork to be red meat in the health sense of the term.

I gather the relationship between red meat and psoriasis isn't very well understood yet, but it's known that red meat can cause inflammation which is bad for psoriasis, though apparently it depends on the person. Even so, it's probably wise to keep red meat consumption low or cut it out altogether, because of its known associations with heart disease, stroke, cancer, and diabetes. I'd go further and say don't eat meat at all, but maybe that's just me.

In Australia lamb and veal are considered white meats, unlike mutton and beef. I'm not sure why rabbit is also considered white as it certainly looks dark.
I know alpaca is considered white meat in Peru (and I far prefer it to lamb) as is cavey (guinea pig)

I grew up thinking of pork as white meat. Turns out I was wrong - a little rooting around turns up the fact that the pork industry fraudulently promoted the idea of pork as a white meat to make it sound as healthy as chicken.

I always thought that any meat that isn't chicken or fish is red meat

That's about right as far as I can tell.
