Look, the information is out there, if you know what to search for. So these scientists are busy discovering endocrine system, hormones (keep skin young, and how affect brain) but it's not being presented to us, transparency. I don't think scientists are lacking skill, but they not marketing that's big pharma/doctors couldn't be bothered to ensure we are informed of this progress.
