Does anyone else have this problem?

I happen to get tension headaches a lot..especially more when i'm in public a lot. I've had a running history of very bad headaches. I got very bad cluster migranes when I was little.

I have no troubles faking or carrying social situations but it's just so damn stressful.

Yes,and I often get them in anticipation of a potential social situation(even before work)along with nausia and fatigue. The whole process is draining.I'm worn out before I even get there.

I have temporomandibular joint syndrome, or TMJ. It known for the pain it causes in the face, head, neck, and upper body muscles. Sometimes my TMJ seems to become worse when I am under stress, and I am often under stress in social situations). I'm taking St. John's Wort again and have seen some improvement in regards to the anxiety. For the TMJ pain, I have been taking ibuprofen, as per campus nurse's recommendation; but I have stopped since the pain is not as bad as it used to be.

A quick cure. Wash your face in cold water and don't dry it.
