I can't get rid of this. I envy people who has laser focus. Also i have too many things going on in my mind, at the same time. Regrets, past incidents, worries about future, feeling of anxiety. They dont leave me alone. Whenever I'm doing something that requires focus, I get distracted in 5 or 10 minutes. How am I supposed to live like this? I don't want to take pills.

It's exhausting :(

I'm wish you weren't having such a hard time with it right now. Are you able to take time apart alone and do nothing or something that's pure fun?

How to ADHD on YouTube has some fantastic resources.

I also spent a pretty penny recently on the Anti Planner by Dani Donovan. The actual one costs like $60... but it's worth. Has lots of strategies for combatting executive dysfunction that comes with ADHD.

I think adhd caused very slow progress in my life. If I didnt have it, I would be very much fulfilled.
