I'm building a playlist that's kind of unconventional. It's a lot of instrumental music, ambient music, some recordings of nature, classical, jazz etc. It's for me to listen to when I'm anxious. Its not for everyone as the variety is huge. However I'm liking it so far. Ive been exploring a lot of music for it. So far it's very soothing. I need that lately as I've been experiencing anxiety lately. It's causing me to go numb and feel as though I'm floating. So I need good music to ground me. Its honestly working. I'm doing ok as I added some religious music and it didn't trigger me like it used to. I find it soothing now rather than thinking it's going to help me summon things. I'm feeling good lately when I'm building the playlist.

I hope it helps.

My healing playlist would probably be nothing but pathological goregrind. Nothing says healing like songs that read like passages from a medical textbook. :nerdy:

This is a good idea! I'm going to see if I can get one going too.

That's brilliant Crystal
I like that you're working hard to help yourself to feel better
