Late last year before Christmas I was getting really fat and I had a pinched nerve in a result of this. As I decided to go through rapid weight loss, and as a push I put myself through a rapid detox. One of the meals that I have cooked when I was detoxing is that vegetable pasta, while this had to be on the dinner table, I have decided to make a YouTube video of me cooking this pasta.
