For me, the kind of people who intimidate me (when I don't know them) are:

-flat-faced dead-eyed people
-big people who move a lot or move suddenly or both
-people who are perfectly-"put together"
-people who curse like sailors
-loud people
-people who value their privacy
-people who whisper instead of saying things out loud
-people who carry weapons
-people who are physically fit
-people who wear t-shirts advertising certain bands or political agendas... this is because I feel ignorant when around them
-people who are angry, hateful, abrasive, insulting, etc

I value my privacy but I share it with people I trust, and I love band shirts.. That isnt bad is it? :o
And there arent really many people who intimidate me cause when I see someone "tough" looking I can look at them saying, man, you have noo idea.. But I can still relate to them in a bunch of ways.

Most of the "gangsta" types who are 12-25(approximately) especially if they're taller than me (and at 5'4" it's mostly everyone in that age group). They hang out in large groups, they are violent, they're mostly ignorant, they're loud. I know in the arguement portion of confrontation I can outsmart them in like 3 seconds, but I sometimes worry about if it progresses to a fight.

Any teens/youths in groups, whether male or female...usually if they are just stood still in a group. I am nervous every time I have to walk past them in case they try and say something or shout something at me.

Anyone I respect and is somewhat of an authority figure.

Good bosses, great teachers... even if they are nice... I get intimidated by them.

It's actually kind of the opposite with lousy teachers and the such... if I don't respect them... I don't really change my behavior and just casually disregard them.

Which is kind of the opposite I think... I should be casual and more relaxed around those whom are nice and respectful. And watch how I act around those I don't like...

But that's just the way my respect goes... if I respect you... it's hard to talk with you...

I am intimidated by girls aged 13-18, of the kind that travels in packs, wears cheap jewellery and excessive amounts of makeup.

All the times I have been physically assaulted in public, the perpetrator has been one of these.

And anyone with a big dog.

Oh yeah, teenagers in groups intimidate me too... but for me, it's not punks or preps or goths... it's those kids who wear simple but attractive clothes, who travel in packs, who are energetic and alert and sharp and discriminating, who are physically attractive and show it in a way that doesn't get them raped but gets them noticed nonetheless, who are suspicious of everyone outside their own little group, who live in some sort of poor neighborhood, who've been through s**t but are unfazed and always were, who haven't been upset a day in their life, and have never been, but aren't smiley "idiots" either and can really fight when they need to, and are so good at it they don't have to carry a weapon. Those people intimidate me... because I was too depressed to get my s**t together and be one of them, but now I'm starting to... UGH! Even when I was depressed, I sensed the sense they had (albeit just a little), but had more pressing matters to attend to... like stimulating myself to save my soul!

Oh yeah, and they're physically fit... and do average in school, but that doesn't matter... they know what they want and it doesn't include the subjects they don't like. And they're not overweight or underweight. And they respect their parents, though they don't like them.
