State who you think is best, why, pick a handful of units and fight with the next poster!



I say the Army is the best!

No matter how you win a war, you'll always need ground troops to secure. Also, the Army is higher tech than the marines.

Atomic Annie, 5 rocket soldiers, 2 Abrams Tanks, 2 Flamethrowers, 1 Millimeter Wave Generator, 5 Microwave Pulse Laser troops, 1 Commando and 1 Medic.

Actually, the Marines are a part of the Navy. The Navy has air, land, and sea superiority. The Army only has numbers, the Navy has the better equipment and more diverse capability. The Army is pretty useless other than to occupy with ground forces.

Generally what is meant when one asks
Army or Navy.

Anyhow, for all the special units,
I still have to go with the groundsloggers.

No war has been won without men holding
and dying to keep ground. The infantry is
the only necessary branch.

Navy or Marines. They have aircraft carriers and nukes, plus powerful aircraft.

Never get to use the nukes though. I suppose the off shore artillery, aircraft carriers and marines do make the navy fairly powerful.
