I do. I hate having to hold it to go because I do not like the feeling of a full bladder and it feels I am going to wet myself when I am holding it not too long because my bladder is so used to being empty all the time. I also hate stopping what I am doing to use the bathroom. As a teen, I would hold it because I didn't want to get out of bed to go, I didn't want to pause my videogame to go or movie. I also hated going during TV shows, and leaving the computer to go.

Oh yeah, it annoys me like nothing else when I have to stop working on a page of HTML I've spend hours on...just so I can go to the restroom. GRR.
Likewise, my daughter hates waking in the night to go. She will sit in her bed or stand next to it sobbing because she has to go and just hates getting out of bed.

I like them, because it means i am doing something besides working. The bathroom is also one of the few places at work where you can get some peace and quiet.
I hate having to go potty. it interrupts me in the middle of what i am doing and i end up waiting and waiting until i can hardly hold it any longer. If i could i would just get a catheter and a bag.
What a coincidence, I just got back from a bathroom break...
I hate bathroom breaks most of the time, but at work I LOVE them. Especially when I finish a project a little earlier than expected, and I have to kill 20 minutes before I can officially take off for the day...Not that I spend a full 20 minutes in the bathroom, but it breaks up the time...
The WORST is when you're on an airplane, especially sitting by the window...next to strangers...who are asleep...
