http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/09/20/ ... index.html

He intends to veto a bill that would provide healthcare to 4 million more children under the State Children Health Insurance Program (SCHIP).

It would expand the program to cover 4 million more children above the current 6 million who are covered under the program. There will be a .61 cent increase in the cigarette tax... so not only is it providing healthcare for the children, but it is giving their parents even more of a reason to quit smoking if they engage in that foul smelling, stupid, unhealthy habit.

If anyone in the house or senate votes against this bill, and if Bush follows through with vetoing it... they might as well all be pedophiles for they are just politically (and financially) raping four million children out of health care.

Guilty I say, hang me!! You forgot the word addictive.

I won't stop, maybe can't stop. If my kids were still around, they'd have to go with out, I need my cigarettes and cigars. Rich people won't be affected by the rise in tax, poor people will. Rich people can afford insurance, poor people can't.

But I suspect they get free med care now, I think that's one of the benefits of prison. Yeah I don't fear for my life, I just tell em I'll sic my kids on em. If they ever let them out. I was so disappointed in one, she actually wanted to be a cop, till they caught her making love in the desert. Misguided child, I was sure I taught her how to be more invisible in public. Probably all because I smoke, nasty nasty habit.
