I know my statement about NTs not having children could be construed as being provocative, especially since some of you claim to have kids, but I honestly believe people like you shouldn't reproduce.

In my case, whenever I think about having kids, I ask myself some of the following questions (and these are just hypothetical questions, as I'd first need to find a woman to reproduce with, which so far seems like an extremely difficult task to accomplish):

1) Why would you want to bring kids to this world to suffer the way you suffered?
2) Why would you want to degenerate the human gene pool even further?
3) Given your neuropsychological condition, are you really fit to raise a child?
4) Given all your flaws and defects, what example will you give your children?

So what do you all think about the way I think in regards to "NT reproduction"? Are my views too negative?

(I hope I did not offend anyone with my comments.)

I'm not NT but I was raised by NT's. At worst they were abusive, at best they were neglectful. Ever spent three hours picking blackberries because you were starving and that's all the food you had access too? - I have.

Bats are cool. There are some around here, but they're not too visible, I'm afraid.

We get bats here, too. They're great!

I had a stuffed toy bat once. It was real cute. And speaking of bats, Halloween is coming!

I was a bunny for my first ever Halloween. :) Apparently not such a nice bunny though, as a friend of my parents informed them that I was "being raised as the devil's child" (they stopped taking me there around Halloween season after that). I think I was a duck the next year.

8O You are right! Halloween is near.

Stuffed toy bats. I think I want one now. We should make designer carry bears like how people brag about gucci shoes we can brag about designer stuffed toys...hoping they dont come with designer prices. Quick do it before someone else does it.

Back to the original topic, when your house is infested with bats and they have babies, you have to wait before you relocate them.
Some people think bats are ugly pests and deserve the death penalty for being born. But bats eat mosquitos and other bugs. I bet cute, feral kittens spread more disease then ugly bats.
Some people who love cute kittens get really offended at that opinion.

KimJ, I love kittens but I don't find your opinion offending in the least. We've had our local newspaper write articles urging people to keep their cats indoors to help the song bird population. I have four cats and I love them dearly, but I also know they cold blooded killers when they are in the mood.

As bats, I like them. When I worked at a plastics company we had them in teh warehouse. I urged my father, the plant manager, not to tell the owner and his wife about them so they wouldn't be killed. Of course all the other women on the second floor had to make a huge fuss about it and they were eradicated. :(
