Not counting concerts/shows/gigs, have you ever seen any celebrities in the flesh?

I've seen:
Panther from Gladiators (UK) - she was signing autographs at an electrical store
Wolf from UK Gladiators - his plane got delayed in Ibiza airport
A former Harlem Globetrotter - I don't remember his name, but I had a picture taken with him. He was doing some sports event at our school
Liza Tarbuck (TV presenter) - She was presenting some holiday show in a hotel we were staying at in Majorca
Stelios Haji-Ioannou (entrepreneur) - He was launching EasyPizza at his EasyCinema

Yeah. Whoopie Goldberg. The guy who plays the Alien Bounty hunter on the X-Files. Leonard Nemoy (Spock). Apparently saw and spoke to a bunch of current TV actors who I didn't know who they were but the kid did later on, one time. Met Charles Kauralt (now deceased?). A few well-known musicians. Spoke with Jaques Cousteau (sp?) via ham radio once, when his ship was stuck in some ice in the Antarctic.

All in all, they were pretty nice people who had really weird jobs.

Richard Gere from the film, "Pretty Woman," among others, grew up in North Syracuse, New York. This past summer, Richard
was at the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, N.Y. not far from my hometown. He was an invited guest of Cal Ripkin who was
being inducted. He acted cool so many people wouldn't recognize him.

Alec Baldwin and his brothers are from the Syracuse area too...but, I have only seen his brother, Billy.
A friend of mine had to go to a family funeral and Alec and his brothers were all there. However, they all wore sunglasses to play
down their presence and keep the funeral dignified. Alec's mom still lives in the Syracuse area so the boys visit often.

Tom Cruise was born in Syracuse...honestly. But, his mom and dad moved to Pennsylvania soon after his birth.

Princess Anne - twice, showed her round as part of my previous career
Prince Charles and Camilla - once, as above
Frankie Dettori - champion flat racing jockey
Mark Phillips - twice, former husband of Princess Anne and big cheese in three day eventing
William Fox Pitt - champion three day eventer
Ian Stark - another champion three day eventer
Plus a few other well-known people in the horse world, but I doubt anyone here will recognise them.
Harrison Ford
Ron Howard
Donald Sutherland

I would really like to meet Thom Yorke, Marilyn Manson and Keanu Reeves but not much chance of that.

Depends on your definition of "meeting".

I had a real conversation with:

Ian McCulloch (Echo & The Bunnymen)
Will Sergeant (Echo & The Bunnymen)
the whole punk band Heideroosjes
Stefan Olsdal (Placebo, several times)
Heather Nova

I said hello very briefly (no real conversations) to:

John 5 (formerly Marilyn Manson)
Ginger Fish (Marilyn Manson)
Brian Molko (Placebo)
Steve Hewitt (formerly Placebo)
Dave Vanian (The Damned)

On my wanting-list to meet:

Morrissey (formerly of The Smiths)
Maynard James Keenan (Tool/A Perfect Circle)

Last year, I went to a Star Trek convention, and was lucky enough to meet my hero: Leonard Nimoy. He signed a book for me, and later, I had a picture taken with him.
