Yes, such activity disturbs me greatly.
As for your desire to have a girlfriend, I advise that you take some joy in the fact that you don't have a girlfriend.
It is wiser to be lonely for a small time early in life, or even through your entire life, than to be miserable throughout the entirety of your future lifetime because of the memory of broken relationships. It is easier to accept your own incompetencies within yourself rather than exposing your incompetencies to the world and having the world tear your emotions down for them.

There was a couple who saw me sitting by myself, waiting for my friend, at the church that I go to. They saw that I was by myself, so they've got into my visual field and they started French kissing and hugging each other. I've felt like asking how dare they do that.

I sometimes resent the relationships of others because I'll probably never have one. If you're lucky like me, you get the classic scene where you go to a party and the first thing you see is the girl you like making out with her boyfriend.
There was once a post similar to this. Someone said, most of the abnoxious couples you see out there probably deserve each other, and in my own bitter way I found that comforting.

i used to hate it - then I got a bf.

Granted we won't be kissing in public, but we have cuddled. Usually its pretty reserved but last time we knew we wouldn't be seeing each other for at least 5 weeks so it was hard to keep apart. Honestly, we were arms and legs intwined laying on a bed in front of his parents in their hotel room. That's embarassing to think about but at the time I didn't want to let him go at all.

In other words, enjoy the fact that your lack of a girlfriend prevents you from the emotional pain in the very likely possibility of breaking up. When two people involve themselves in each other to the deep extent of a romantic relationship, their emotions become heavily dependent on each other. Once they break up, their emotions are shattered. They may never in their lives heal from that emotional wound. Someone has been so deeply ingrained into who they are that, even years after breaking up, they could still constantly think of their past lovers and mourn the separation from them.

Yes, I hate that. But the last time it happened, it was my next door neighbors. Even though they were engaged to marry, when I walked past, the girl suddenly had to go over and start exchanging sloppy kisses with the guy. I wanted to shout, "Insecure!" After the usual reaction of embarrassment and resentment, I realized that the guy clearly has the upper hand in that relationship, and she is pledging herself to somebody that she will never be sure loves her. so, I am really better off than her. He can yank her chain anytime he wants.

Yes, I hate it when people have a PDA.
As long as the PDA is not too explicit, then I'm fine with it.

Just a few days ago, a couple got caught having sex in a bathroom stall.

I wonder if the girl felt degraded? Why couldn't they pick a more decent place than a room designed for ridding the body of waste? Why not go at it in a dumpster?
