Here's a strange poem I came up with today. I intended it to be both WTF and convey a psychological message about myself at the same time. Anyone whom might be able to gueas what the heck I was on about?
Title: Let's Go!
By: Crion87
Quote:
Once, long ago, the land was at peace,
But rice paddy farmers quibbled with their lease
Against the sea-faring masters, convicts all from afar,
From another land under set of a different star,
War brewed on the horizon, as the farmers felt in danger,
The masters opened fire from their guns out of anger,
The cities were smashed, the shrines all defiled like dunnies,
The masters raged and destroyed even the tiny bunnies.
On the sixty-third day of the second year of the war,
Strange new ships appeared sailing away from the Core,
Under storm-drenched days iron ships on ethereal winds sailed,
Not on sea but from sky, we thought we had too much ale,
Bringing to the land – not the blond sailor's Viking valour,
Or the farmer-tribes' honour – these newcomers were of strange pallor,
The land was under siege by the newcomers, who seized the Cerebral Crest
And proceeded to an unholy mission of looting and conquest.
Onward the troops march putting all in lockdown,
We march onward, the resistance in the town;
Vapid drones working for a chalk-faced master,
The resistance to her grows bolder and faster.
The shouts of the farmer and sailor rioters alike
Like peasant rebels of old armed with lance, gun and pike.
And so against the albinistic desire we must overthrow,
We shout: “Let's go! Let's GO!! LET'S GO!! !”
