OK--typical Aspie aside: this DJ person can't spell Asperger's, but is an authority on its non-existence? Really, the appalling spelling and grammar alone destroy credibility

Let her post her little nastygrams on your facebook blog.
Let her send any nasty e-mails to you all she wants.
Let her post her little video on YouTube
When you get a collection of nastygrams from her, then you can nail her by forewarding them as evidence to abuse to your e-mail provider, facebook, YouTube, her internet service provider (if you really want to kick her ass) and shut her down.
And the great thing about this is she won't be able to do anything about it because the law will be completely on your side.

I usually defend myself personally but then again what other people say don't affect me so I think your advice is the best if its really affecting her. Who knows but due to the lack of coherance of the whole thing (its rather painfully segemented as if the writer could not keep on track with one thought) besides the whole grammer and speling thing. Personally the more you go back and forth it will keep going people have a tendacy to keep going unless other factors are in place which makes responding undesirable hence why these kind of things are TOS violations. I think though the op said she hasn't been nice either if you report it and you've used facebook to say thing which can be verified they might ignore the report.
EDIT: rereading this it more looks like a call to arms. I guess because we share the same thing she is trying to make us believe its a NT VS. Aspie Issue. VIVA LA KATIE! .... sorry ....

LMAO! Thanks for the kind words, everyone! I like the way all of you think. Especially nonicknamedamnit and Silver_Meteor But I'm not gonna try arguing with the guy. Nothing I say will convince him of my innocence, so I don't see the point. Besides, I think the point will be better made face-to-face, where he isn't nearly as gutsy. Doncha' just love real life? XDDD Sometimes, at least.
Actually, DJ is a guy. And the youtube video was never made, but I called the other two girls who are involved out on it, so they haven't done anything recently. As far as I know, at least.
I've shown some comments he made towards me on Gaia (www.gaiaonline.com, my s/n is Teoka :3) to my counselor, and I'm sure I can get him suspended, if not charged under Virginia state law for cyber-harassment. AND my parents are gonna talk to his parents, who will probably be quite bitchy, to be honest. But having a tough-as-nails policy adviser for a mom and an extremely-educated lawyer for a dad has its perks ^_~
And yeah, I feel that this is a bit of a call-to-arms. They have been tormenting me because of aspects of my personality and behavior that are mostly attributed to my Asperger's. My emotional sensitivity and my meltdowns especially, in addition to my problems with empathizing. I dunno if my more eccentric behaviors are due to AS, but they don't like it, either. Regardless, they don't like a lot of things about me, many kinda trivial and none of their damned business. How I dance, who I've dated, my favorite animal (the fox, and yes, I feel I can relate to foxes. Mostly the behavior of kitsune in Japanese folklore)...you name it, they hate it.

all she said was that there was no asperar syndrome and she is technically correct :: snickers::. How here comes my words of advice ... (as I wait for the resounding oh nos and running) if somebody doesn't like you for whatever reason who cares? Think about this a minute this DJ person can't spell he apparently likes to press caps lock alot. He apparently feels like everyone "sh*ts" on him because he says thats why he is reacting the way he does. He is damaged goods so no matter what your problems are they are really irrevelant because what he can say "oh you have more problems then me." Love yourself love your quirks because in this world only thing you have that is 100% reliabile is you. Who cares? we all have our problems and in my experience problems equal out. You have emotional meltdowns, he has paranoia. I nthe end love yourself because hes just trying to prey off your fears of inadquency and such if you love yourself it wouldn't matter.
