Bizzare things abound this afternoon.

My new roomate is very suspicious in nature, aspie suspicious that is.

Since I've met him, I have gotten a vibe that he's not NT. When I helped him move in, he had a lot of medications with him. I've tried making conversation with him, but he dosen't seem like a natural conversationalist - he answers alot of my questions with only yes/no. His physical movements are rather stiff and deliberate and he has a poor sense of spatial direction, When I went to dinner with him, he was picking scabs on his arm while I ate an ice cream cone!

I shall explore this issue more...

On the flip side, I realize that I myself have already made a few social gaffes today.

Stay tuned.

Ahh, at the very least you both will probably be tolerant of each others quirks.

Sounds like an interesting start, Scoots!

Ok.. Maybe not. Some more investigation reveals that he's NT, but is bi-polar, and rather introverted at that.

Still is better than a super NT.

Are you sure he's NT? There are people who have both AS AND bipolar...

Highly unlikely. He's new to campus this semester and already has developed quite a social life

I on the other hand am spending my third semester here on campus and I still have no social life.
