Doesn't look too bad, of course, I only got diagnosed in the middle of last year, and hadn't even heard of aspergers before the beginning of 07, so I'll go off others experiences.

That's really messed up considering Autism speaks is run by someone who owns GE and NBC :roll:

While they legally couldn't sue him/her, they dropped the case when they found out how old he/she is.

Besides, their lawers did the suing. Chances are, the organization was never contacted.

He left NBC Universal in May 2007. He's leaving GE sometime this year.

Trademark infringement is quite serious. But they can't sue over someone making a joke of their name...

He didn't even infringe on their trademark (nt speaks != autism speaks). even so, parody is completely protected by 1st amendment.
