Me too. I think I annoy people with my enthusiasm for my obsessions. I try to divert all conversations into opportunities to list random trivia related to my obsessions.

I am also annoying because I have a weird sense of humor that most people don't get, and I always forget what kinds of things gross out most people. This is significant because some of my obsessions involve "gross" things.

My children think I am annoying when they find out I was correct about something of which they were sure. I told them so!

When the shoe is on the other foot, they still think I am annoying! :lol:

The tone of voice. The obsessions. The persistence.

Because when I get into trouble I tend to walk out of it smelling like a rose, BOTH my ex wife and ex girl friend hated that.
and when I get into conversations I tend to go deeper then whats considered socially acceptable or without boundaries.
