This is a really simple game i just thought of thinking about my girlfriend that i miss horribly...

all you need to do is say

if i had a time machine i would (INSERT HERE)

i will start...

if i had a time machine i would go back to my old girlfriend in 3rd-5th grade.

the only reason it broke up was because we lost contact... so what i would do in that time im there again is GET HER PHONE NUMBER!

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

Autism Speaks will NEVER speak for me

CLASSIC AUTISM

If I had a time machine, I would go back and tell myself "You are autistic, not bad or stupid".

If I had a time machine I would go back to 1966 to rescue my 10 year old self, that was waiting for me (to hell with the paradox). I would also go and see The Beatles and Jimi Hendrix on route and not forget to put all the money I could on England winning the world cup :)

has anyone seen the brilliant Denzel Washington movie DEJA VU?

If you're interested in traveling back in time, you'll love it.

I'd go back to 1977, move to London and live there, for a year. I'd meet the Queen and celebrate her Silver Jubilee, ride the 25 Silver Ladies through London and see the Sex Pistols, live. They've painted 25 Routemasters silver, for the Queen's Silver Jubilee.

I'd go back to when I was 14 and stop myself from sending that letter to my friend...

If I had a time machine I would go back in time, and dump my GF before she dumps me. Then I'd travel to the future and see if I end up well, if I don't I wil make sure that I will. Then I go back to 2001, and prevent 9/11. then I'd go back to my future and see if I still end up well, then I go to the present and life a happy life :D

Edit: Oh I would also make those kids who bullied me from when I was 6-7 years old till when I was 11 regret they ever bullied me. god I would love to do that

Seconded.

I would have a long talk with myself.

I would build the time machine, then go back in time to stop myself from building the time machine, thus causing a time paradox.

I imagine that me and my other self would then end up locked in a combat to the death for all of eternity like Lazerus in that episode of star trek.

I'd give William Paley an electron microscope, whack Darwin over the head with a book by Gould, send Karl Marx to modern North Korea, and a few other fun things.

If I had a time-machine ... would it be too dangerous to use? Could a single trip destroy the entire universe? 8O

I think I'd limit my excursions to extremely small jumps, say within 24 hours for starters. Maybe this is not the kind of time-machine that can physically propel its operator forward or backward along the curve of space/time. Maybe one experiences relativistic time-travel through visions, hallucinations, spectral overlays of subjective reality. Is it possible to go back to an earlier point in space/time to disrupt the chain of cause & effect?

Perhaps the time-machine works more like an auguring device, like a scrying mirror or Ouija Board. As such, it would regard all possible time destinations as neither future nor past, just different areas of space/time.

If I had a time machine, I would buy a large chunk of aluminum, go back a few hundred years to when it was more valuable than platinum, trade it for massive amounts of gold, come back to the present, sell the massive amounts of gold, buy a new laptop and invest the rest of the money.

If I had a time machine, I would go back in time to June 8th, 1966 to see the premiere of Star Trek. Then I would go forward in time to the 80's to see the premiere of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. I never got to do either, so I think it would be cool to do so. :D
