Illegal banning from the chat room

I was illegally banned from the chatroom this evening for asking one of the ops if they were getting my PMs (Taggard), it was another op (Mortomes) that issued the illegan ban, albeit my mobile phone only

with such a source of moral support taken away from me wrongfully like that I can become suicidal pretty quickly after recent events in my life that have added immense stress to me, I need the support the chatroom offers

I ask that this matter be investigated fully, if full details are needed, leave a PM on here or a memo on freenode's memoserv system

Illegal? I highly doubt it. Unfair, maybe. And what, it was your mobile phone. Can you still access it? That's just petty if you still can.

I can't answered your question/problem but thats the way things go sometimes I guess with chat.

summary for those who weren't there:

Pikachu and MishNBoys were an item, it got called off, pikachu has been borderline stalking mish, based on what I've seen, and has been harassing her a LOT, calling her home phone, cell, etc. I think mish still watns to be friends, but wants the stalking to stop...

another user tells pikachu and mish to drop it, as it's been disrupting the channel for quite a while, mish apologizes and agrees, then has to go someplace so signs off (she was talking using her cell phone)
Pikachu asks if anyone knows why she left, several people tell him they are sorry but don't know, pikachu insists it's important he knows why she left, people again tell him they have no idea. pikachu starts cursing at people ordering them to tell him. people state, again, she didn't say why she left. Pikachu accuses one of the ops of lying then says he knows she is home, as he just called her house and she hung up soon as she realized it was him on the line. same op as before asks why pikachu thinks he knows why mish left, pika says because mish is avoiding him, and would hve told the ops why she was leaving since she's avoiding him. Several users, including that op tell pikachu, again, they don't know why she left, and haven't spoken with her much today. Pikachu accuses them of lying. PIkachu accuses the op of withholding information (imho, the op SHOULD withhold information, pikachu even said in channel mish was trying to avoid him! If the op knows or not does not matter, it violates privacy to tell!)

At this point, the op Pikachu has been accusing of withholding information from him starts ignoring pikachu. Pikachu keeps disrupting the channel, demand the op tells him what "he needs to know", and then threatens to "report" the op for withholding mish's personal information. (I guess this is that report)

Several ops tell pikachu to drop the subject, as well as a few users. Mish comes online for a few minutes, then leaves again. Pikachu starts demanding why from users again, is given a final warning from ops. Pikachu parts the channel with the message "If the ops what to be complete as*holes and hide from me information i need to know i won't come back" (once again, I'm thinking, mish wants privacy from him, he's been harassing her constantly, he even said in channel she is trying to avoid him!)

Pikachu then starts joining and parting the channel constantly "to see if Mish is back" then starts harassing ops in channel again about mish, so he is banned by two sepearte ops (I guess when they say final warning and tell you to stop harassing users, they mean it!)

Now we have this thread. ANd that is what prompted this. I have compelte logs, as do about 60 other people from the channel I'm sure.

firstly I am NOT stalking Mish, the two of us are still an item, if I was stalking her the police would have been involved now

secondly, Taggard is lying

thirdly I still agree the ban was illegal

forthly Alex is to investigate

police don't do anything across multiple contries, and it takes forever to do anything with them. You said in channel she was trying to avoid you even! Do I need to pull logs?

when I say "illegal", I do not mean, in this case, any laws were broken, none were, more it was a severely incorrectly issued ban

when bans are issued, they should have a solid reason, there was none, I was only asking Taggard if he was answering me or not

Well, finally near a PC and yes I'm going to clarify things right now... Pikachu, I want my space, what you are doing is disrespecting me and yes it's getting creepy to me... if you ever cared and loved me, you'd respect my decisions and my space. This has to stop now. You are pushing things and honestly, that will never repair what you lost by cheating on me... If you ever wanted me to ever consider taking you back, you could have at least given me the respect to take my time to consider things and heal... this nonsense in the chat room of going on in channel looking for me, PMing me, as well as IM'ing me, emailing me, txt msging me and calling both my cell and landline phones is not going to help. If you wanted to be friends, you'd at least respect me...
