If you play WoW and you have a Rogue character, then this is for you! What race do you think is the most effective race for a Rogue to be?

oh my. Different threads about classes. -.- My choice class is rogue, because of their advantage given to them with sneaking and picking. I must Troll would likely be the best choice, and the Horde can get a quest that gives them a cost free set of thieves tools in Ratchet. Although, I prefer Bloodelfs, because they look cute and have that nice mana sap ability.

From a utilitarian standpoint:

For PvE alliance, Human is best because of expertise racial - it gives a DPS advantage over the other races.
For PvP alliance, Gnome is best for escape artist - avoid roots/snares.

For PvE horde, I don't know.
For PvP horde, Undead is the best - Will of the Forsaken - avoid fear, also Cannibalize for bgs.

For looks, definitely nelfs and/or belfs. :)
