Hey, This topic is about a recent work in progres I've been workin' on.
It's Called:
DYLAN'S ADVENTURES 3: A WHALE OF A TAIL.
Did you ever come across a website called, YOYO GAMES?
this website is for game developers, young and old, amateur and proffessional, who use GAME MAKER for game development. This website is for sharing games you have created with the widely acclaimed easy to use software. I have posted up some games up there as well, like the original Dylan's adventures, (no longer available to play online) Dylan's adventures 2, the sword of limitations (still playable!! ! Anyway, DA3 (project name for DYLAN'S ADVENTURES 3) is going o take quite a bit of effort, because it will us 3D prerendered images, similar to the tecnology used for DK Country.
You seen that CORAL pic next to this post, right? That's one of the prerenders. I have many more to make. I've already made:
The Dylan model
The Princess Tori model
Some of the underwater scene, including coral,
rocks, and blue fog and lights, making it look like a beautiful
water scene.
Some of the sailing scene, including ships,
low-poly islands, and the water and sky.

This game is NOT going to be real-time 3D. it will be prerendered.
The game genre is not like the previous genres in the franchise.
The other games were maze games, but this game is going to be
a side-scrolling shooter.
Tell me what you think should be put into the game!! !
Dylan is riding a whale the whole time you play, so don't tell me that.
