Ohhh ya, I have to make sure like 5X that my door is locked when I leave the house, even for 10 mins.

This was even worse when I was a kid. I know their are other examples, I am not like obsessive about everything, but I also need to count the money I have in my wallet like 50X a day too.

Nope. I moved too much as a kid to worry about things obsessively.

yeah, I'm an obsessive hand washer. I think at most I was at 75+ times a day. The good thing is I'm clean XD. The bad thing is I have very very sensitive skin.

I think I have minor OCD, but never got a DX. I think my parents might try to flush me down a toilet or something if I asked them for more money then they already gave to how many drs....

I have PDD-NOS (not AS, but still) and my OCD was really bad before it was treated (medication + CBT).

No, but my Autism does have OCD like tendancies...not severe enough for an OCD label, but enough to drive me crazy.

Yes. But only because my Psychiatrist is an idiot and doesn't understand that OCD is part of AS.

OCD is not part of AS, for everyone. OCD is the worse thing, I can think to wish apon someone. I've had it, and it's hard. It sort of went away on it's own but it was horrible for a while. I had to check things over 200 times a night and if I did the order wrong in anyway I had to do it again. I had to basically just convince myself nothing would happen to me if I didn't do it.

I have OCD-like traits, but I don't have it, not severe enough to be given a label.

OCD and AS aren't nessecarily linked, though. I do know there are alot of people out there with both, so it's not just you.

I don't have OCD as far as I know. The problem is that there's an overlap with the Asperger's and OCD obsessions, so that people who don't know about my AS will just automatically classify me as OCD.

I used to think I have OCD because it was in my records and the fact my mother has mentioned it to me and has mentioned it to my doctor.
But it's only the tendencies I have. I used to clean a lot when I was a kid. Everything had to be perfect.
