Studies have shown that if you don't have sex for an extended period, you lose the ability to do so. In extreme cases, subjects have reported it simply falls off, like a lizard shedding skin that is no longer useful.

Keep on masturbating, and you have nothing to worry about.

Feels like this should be on the Adult Section. Anyway, can doing that also increase your stamina for the real thing? I asked this question a little while ago and no one answered, I'm dying to know.

I'm wondering because I can last as long as I want doing that, but I don't know if that applies to the real thing, seeing as how I've never actually had the real thing.

LoL,
its NOT True,
what happens is that if you let your semen build up to a point then the body starts stopping producing so much,
once you use it then the body starts making more again, the good thing about it is your sex drive "drops" when your body reduces its production.

I recently had sex for the first time in a little over a year.

It was...boring. Such high hopes, disappointed. 3 days of sex and only 1 orgasm, I think I may be broken and there may be some truth to this statement 8O .

Like any activity, I'm guessing for most it requires constructive practice to enjoy optimally.

It's too much part of who you are as a human, so you won't lose it.
