When I first opened this thread, I thought I was going to see a list of the most prolific serial killers. Stalin, Hitler, etc. didn't 'act' alone. They had lots of help. I looked up serial killers and to my surprise, Americans didn't even make the top ten. Gary Ridgeway, the Green River Killer (probably the most prolific in American history) only comes in at #15. UK's Jack the Ripper, though well-known, is almost at the very bottom of the list. I wonder why that is...
