does anyone have like 'bookmarked' moments in the day sensations of anxiety doing certain things? -

like there's a few screens I need to open in order to get to my AOL email, everytime I do it I have these fears, and when the 'please wait' screen comes up I get anxious until my eyes dart to the number of new messages and then analyse quickly how many were there last time and who might be emailling me this time and why are they and how do I respond, why am I so anxious and obsessed??

I get the same weird feeling in the mornings - mornings are the worst! Waking up at weekends is awful. I get this strange feeling everytime I walk out of my bedroom into the bathroom. I get anxious when my phone goes off, when I receive a message, when I notice I have voicemail or missed calls.

Almost the same as you... the phone ringing panics me, when I see e-mails from certain people in my box I panic & don't want to read them, when I get voicemail I don't want to listen to it... I have to wait for a good moment and brace myself before I can. Working on anxiety in therapy has helped but it's still hard to deal with communications. I don't like to get surprised by phone calls or e-mails... I like it best when I know who is writing/calling and why they are contacting me.
