Some symptoms of AS as using terms literal and judging things in a logical way.

Example:I find that I really dislike people that walk slow. It has no purpose because the act of walking is to get from point A to point B. There are exceptions like hiking, or reviewing a scenery, but that is more stoping then walking slow.
Constant talking on the cell phones. There is very little, excluding emergencies, when something can't wait until a later time.
Stupid jokes. Some people think I don't get it, but I do, its a joke thats not funny, hence forth it isn't a joke, hence no reason to laugh or giggle.

I'm pretty illogical and I'm aspie.

I hate it when people walk too fast, especially when the surroundings are nice.

I would say that humor is subjective; it depends on a person's taste.

But people who constantly talk on cell phones are pretty ridiculous. So are those that use "like" every five words or so.

I'm a pretty logical person. I walk fast, but that's just more my pace than walknig slow rather than any logical reason behind it. Sometimes I like stupid humor, if it's the right joke.

I'm torn about cell phone conversations. I hardly ever use my phone, but sometimes I am bored or I get a phone call while I'm out and it's just easier to take it. And not all of us use "like" a lot because we're stupid; I use it to stall when I'm having difficulty trying to say what I mean. I use "um", "ah", and "like" mostly as stallers, though I must admit I use "like" the least and typically use proper grammar when using it.

I have very low tolerance for illogical forms of sentimentality. Some people when they're dating seem to take a huge hit in IQ and I dislike that immensley. My Mother likes to cuddle me in a motherly way in public, but I find this embarrassing and pointless.

I would say I am quite logical AND illogical - somewhere in between the two. :D

That goes for nearly ever male and most females alive and past.
'uh' and 'ah' I used to use a lot. The only reason I don't anymore is because nearly ever conversation that will come up in the next 5 years has been rehearsed in my head and to multiple people.

LOL, that's certainly true.

I started practicing mock ocnversations too a while back. I haven't used many of them, but it certainly helped with the few I did use.

I have found that some people are always "reviewing the scenery", regardless of where they are walking. The walk is part of their life's journey, and they take pleasure in surveying their surroundings, noticing what's new, etc.

I tend to walk "with purpose", focusing only on the obstacles (other people, cars) that need to be avoided to reach my destination.

EDIT: Grammar

t0: That can be true for some, but I live at college. During the day many slow walkers, most talking to someone, talking on a cell phone and other stuff. And most of these people complain about all the time they spend walking.
I review scenery as a walk. However I also notice and remember quickly. I can notice the smallest change.

I'm more intuitive than logical (intuitively wrong, most of the time...;) but I use literalism as a form of humor...;)

Yeah, I do that too. Ever done the "dogs must be carried" joke? :P

I've got no problem with people walking slowly, as long as they're not doing it in front of me... which they usually seem to be.

I would say I'm logical, but I don't understand the logic against walking slowly. I enjoy walking slowly. I go for walks, not to get anywhere but because I like to walk, because I sometimes want to be alone and think.

Even if I have a destination, if I'm not in a hurry I may as well take my time. I dislike hurrying, so why would it be logical for me to hurry for no reason? Especially since walking and thinking may even be worth more for me than whatever I'm going to do when I arrive.

Another vote for very logical here, too logical for my own good when it comes to fitting in and acting normal.

I am logical to a fault, it's the main reason the NT world drives me crazy. I get into trouble because I criticize anything I find illogical and irrational. It is the main reason I hated school, when I used logic I got in trouble for being "disobedient," school is all about remembering things by rote and regurgitating them without question.

Sound like me exactly. Except these days, I have a few teachers who actually think it's a good thing that I ask questions. I am unable to remember by rote, so I need logic to learn anything. As long as I know the logic behind something, I don't need to remember it. I will just arrive to the same logical conclusion again whenever I need to remember something, if that makes sense.
