Folding the corner of my pillow case over until a firm point is formed and then rubbing my left index finger over it. But I am sitting on my couch, and if I am sitting on my couch anywhere near my pillows, probility is I will be doing this.

A yuck, just in time for Halloween:
I am picking at scabs and obsessively wondering why everyone I talk to says riding roller coasters over and over is stimming.
