Most male grunge and garage band singers, anyone who is actually screaming rather than singing.

I really hate American kiddy-rock singers like Lincin Park, to me they sound like spoiled 12 year olds shouting at their parents...really grates on me!

LOL, is it the lyrics that bother you? I'm not a big fan of all the lyrics, but the guy has a really nice voice.

To tell you the truth, I like some of thier songs, I have the single called "one step closer". I just hate the "whiny" songs.

Oh, I didn't realise it wasn't just singing voices! I don't like Ozzy Ozbourne's voice much, but that's because it reminds me of my own voice, and i really hate hearing my own voice. Mind you, I love his actual singing, just when he speaks!

I've never liked female singers in general, don't know why. Male voices are much better.

The voices can be OK but I hate the petulant screaming sections. Screaming can be done well by some artists in music; Linkin Park is not one of these artists.

I hate Macy Gray's voice. UGH!! !!

Gwen Stefani *puke*

And I hate most chart "soul"/"R&B" with a passion.

i couldn't agree more.

and i can't stand ronan keating's noise either. there's something creepy about him.

also, the other day i thought anastacia had broken in to my house and was performing a concert in my living room but when i searched for her i discovered that the source of the sound was actually my cat sharpening her claws on a brick wall.

I agree, but not totally. I don't mind a lot of female singers' voices, but the little American pop tarts we hear and see so much of make me want to choke.

Ashlee Simpson
Lindsay Lohan
Hilary Duff (UGH)

basically any teeny bopper girl who likes to be incredibly annoying in that sense. male artists dont really bother me cuz they all seem really down-to-earth and the girls are all about the publicity, and in a way it's reflected in their voices i guess

also they just can't flippin sing!

Off the top of my head... the guy from Radiohead, I never listened to the band for a really long time because I couldn't stand his voice. I'll try to think of more later.

You mean people such as Li'l Jon and the East Side Boyz? (Also, can someone teach these screamers how to spell "little", "John", and "boys" correctly?)

I like Ashlle Simpson's voice. Her songs aren't wonderful but I think her voice is pretty good- and better than her sister's, which sounds so much younger to me though Jessica is older.
