While I am usually a computer person, and love technology, I've recently been fascinated about cars. Especially mine...
I mean, right now my car has many troubles and I've been stressing a lot, but just today, I said, why not not sell it, and keep it, for learning about it, and when I fix it, i'll feel better about myself, cause it is my first car.
I drive a 94 Caprice Classic with a V8 L99 engine.
Its good to keep it to once vehicle. Find one vehicle you really like of a make and model whose restoration really adds value. It will provide you with decades of satisfaction. Mine is a 1959 Chevy Impala 2 Dr Sport Coupe with a 283. Visit
www.manheimgold.com and select a make an model that more than doubles in value between "Fair" and "Good".
How do you gauge the value added when you restore a 1994-6 Impala/Caprice? I know these are "special interest" vehicles because they are full size cars with rear wheel drive. Since the parts are the same for a 1996 Impala as a 1994 Caprice, I would recommend a 1996 Impala SS over a 1994 Caprice because an Impala is more collectible.
Convertibles are tricky if anyone is thinking in that direction. Parts are far rarer and convertible project cars often have more hidden water damage.
