The voice of the main russian characer (your character) in grand theft auto 4 sounds like Billy West (voice of honey nut cheerios bee, fry from futurama, stimpy from ren and stimpy, the red m&m, etc.). Is it Billy West that does his voice??

A quick wikipedia search shows that it was Michael Hollick.

The same guy who 'only' made 100,000 cause there are no union contracts for game voices.
