Did anyone else grow up playing this game in the 1980's? I did and I'm experiencing some intense nostalgia for it now.

Does anyone know where I could download it or play it online? I have a Mac, by the way, in case that matters.

I think I played a updated version on the pc at high school. I used to play that game after the last class while waiting for the bus, and I completed it once.

I and my class mates back in grade school played it a number of times. Hmm, I think it might have been the 80s to. Yeah, I wouldn't mind knowing if some of these old Apple computer games are downloadable to.

When I was young the computer labs only had these video games: Spy Hunter, Oregon Trail, and Karatika. Karatika was VERY popular! KUNG FU!! ! :D

Legally, I don't know if you can.

Pretty sure there's a demo of it for different platforms, though. At least they had demos for their other games, like Amazon Trail and Yukon Trail.

That game brings back so many memories of childhood. I used to play that game for hours on end growing up. I was so addicted to it. As I tend to be when I start playing a new game I like.

I did try out OT2 when that came out, but I always struggled with that one and could never make it to the end without all my people dying.

AFAIK, that's the only version available for DOS/Windows.

I usually emulate the Apple ][ version or the B&W Mac one...more authentic nostalgia that way ;)
