Check out this band Fishbone. They are really crazy. They've been doing music for quite a while. I really like their mix of funk/punk/rock/soul etc. I don't get it why bands like these aren't promoted to the top. Sometimes I feel they got the short-end of the stick. I think they are more of a live band, that's not to say that their recorded stuff isn't good, but the lives are just nutty. ANyways, music is suppose to be live in the first place, being a live band is the most important.Ahh, I'll stop writing :

I advise you guys to check out their new album, called Still Stuck in Your Throat, and all their other albums. Here is their website:

Not sure I'd go so far as to call them a fan, but I really liked their album The Reality of My Surroundings.

I saw them in an interview on TV, they did a song in duo (bass and vocal) the bass was very awesome, it was an acoustic bass, thanks to remember me that, I'll try to listen to their music to get some new influence on bass.

I like The Reality and Give a Monkey A brain, but their hardest album is my most favourite, Chim Chim's Bad Ass Revenge.

I like the one song they have on the Say Anything soundtrack. It was cool, but I really didn't like what else I found by them.

I think one of their members produced the third Sublime album, which pretty cool I guess.
