Right now, the main thing I do constantly is sucking on my teeth. Good alternative to grinding, as I chipped two teeth the previous week...
When I'm in seach of something, or am a bit lost, I "flutter" my fingers (like playing the piano), it's like I'm trying to give myself "good luck" or something, maybe it calms me down, not really sure.
I used to curl my toes in school all the time. Would get them real tight too.
Am wondering about a "habit" I have of placing my self in a "comfortable" position, have done it all my life. In a car, I set my closed hand (not a fist, just the fingers curled to the bottom of my hand) on my leg fingers down, and the same elbow is "propped" on the back of the seat. It's sort of like "forcing" my hand into my leg, and elbow into the chair, something about that feels good. Anyway, just a little example. I wrap my legs around whatever chair I'm in, arms too sometimes. People say it looks uncomfortable as all hell, but it's comfortable to me.
Not sure this is considered a "stim," just a really odd thing I do, constantly. Wonderin' about how "normal" this is...
