The National Autistic Society is having a "Creativity Competition" whereupon you may submit poetry, prose, 2D art and photography. More information in this link:

Who are the judges, and would they really consider any entries from outside The United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales)?

That's a good question. I suppose if you really wanted to find out you could contact them through email for more information.

You can, in the form you can enter your country under "other", check it.

I saw that. But once a citizen of an "Other" country submits an entry, what really hapens to it? Does it get the same consideration as an entry from a person residing within the UK?

"Oh look! How cute ... those yanks think this qualifies as art ... 'A' for effort, but someone needs a new box of Crayolas!"

Not everyone is nationalistic to the point of xenophobia. The say "the competition is open to all adults with Autism or Asperger's Syndrome aged 18 and over". In fairness they didn't have to make it International. Besides it is not a lottery so there is no laws from stopping them picking whoever they like. Basically no different from any subjective competition. I seriously doubt if they like work they are going to say, "oh no that is from the USA it can’t win".

Yes 0=true, that's great, they could have done "the usual", which means "only open to residents of our country".

BTW I've seen competitions here that are only for a single state :?

Yes, because we're obviously all prejudiced.
