As a parents of a young child with AS reading the story of William Fruend greatly saddens me. Maybe in the future because of places like Wrong Planet these tragedy's can be avoided. Our young children are so fortunate that Alex and others created this place where parents can come and learn about how our children think and ways to help them get through. It pains me to think about times before we knew what AS was. You see most NT parents can't understand why the child is reacting the way he is. We yelled at him and punished him because of lack of understanding. Places like this help bring parents into the light. He is much happier now at home and at school because we are all working to support him and all \have underrstanding of what it is like to be him. Thank you again for all your work and effort on behalf of our kids.

I'm glad Alex set up and pays for this place. I've gotten a lot out of it.

Really, the value is the feedback we can all give to each other. It really helps to hear suggestions first hand.

Thank YOU all!
