hey everyone
does anyway listen to unwound?
they're a Noise rock band based in Tumwater/Olympia, Washington. Formed in 1991, the band, originally known as Giant Henry, consisted of Justin Trosper (vocals, guitar, songwriting), Vern Rumsey (bass), and Brandt Sandeno (drums), who was replaced in 1992 by Sara Lund.

It's Like Sonic youth meeting Big Black Meeting Fugazi outside Seattle grunge area
all the album are all excellent to listening to

Key albums : Fake Train, new plastic idea, Repetition and A Single History: 1991-1997

You know, it's great that every once in a while someone on this forum comes up with a thread topic about a band like this. Never fails to surprise me.

I have Fake Train and I really like it. It takes what I like from hardcore and what I like from noise rock combined, a veritable punk rock house alarm. Recommended for fans of Big Black's Atomizer and Fugazi's Red Medicine. That's their first album, and everyone I know except for followers of Piero Scaruffi hypes their last album Leaves Turn Inside You, so I actually haven't listened any further just yet.

I have Repetition and I like it a lot - especially 'Corpse Pose', one of the first tracks I heard by them.
