"After I whip his you-know-what in this debate, we're going to be going out 24/7," the Republican nominee told volunteers at his campaign headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, sparking laughter and applause from the group"
I may kake some easy guesses. But is anyone able to tell me what McCain means by "whipping his you know what". He means testicles? And "24/7" ?

He probably means whipping his ass. 24/7 means 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I agree. Which is a metaphor for not only winning the debate, but leaving the opponent heavily "damaged" in the process.

"Ass" is another word for a donkey, and the democrat party symbol is a donkey, so the commend was quite appropriate really!
