Have you noticed that they seem to be more concerned with the supposed status of the partner and the approval of others rather than finding inner happiness with the one they love? No wonder so many of them divorce!

Yep, the neurotypical divorce rate is SOOO high. It's higher than Alyssa Milano on a good day.

Higher than Cheech and Chong on 4/20!
But seriously, I also can't stand how some of them love to tell others in happy relationships of the rising divorce rates and feel the need to plant seeds of mistrust. They are also so obsessed with personal status that love does not fit into the equation. Thus they tend to become bitter and unsatisfied with life, sitting on the couch and watching the idiot box to take a break from their trite little day to day arguments.

I suspect a good amount of us here are divorced too, I am.
It might be an interesting poll.

Yes... and as if it wasn't hard enough to impress a woman these days, you also have to impress all of her friends as well... otherwise they'll convince her to stop seeing you.

There's just no way of winning, is there?

To be fair, the pressure on women to be physically perfect is ridiculous, even if we, as men, don't immediately see it that way.

Both sides of the fence are horrid. The key is to find someone that isn't, well, shallow like that.

I do hope that was intended as a joke.

Because otherwise it's highly offensive to be so disparaging and derogatory about women.

I really wish that certain people on this forum would stop referring to neurotypicals as 'them'. It's not 'they' do this and 'they' do that. Some of them do this, some of them do that, just like us. They are individuals just like we are and we do not, believe it or not, have all the answers.

Well yes, but then if "they" could only refer to a collective of clones it wouldn't exist as a word now would it?

Yep, but it is interesting to see that the countries with the highest divorce rates are the Maldives and Belarus! I wonder if culture plays a part? Is the Maldivian and Belarussian culture one of status symbols more then others? I know geography, but I can't claim to be an expert on those country's cultures. I know the capitals, I know their politics, but not their cultures that well.
