Is it really possible for the senses to sharpen? I mean - I have always been very sensitive to sounds and lights/images; but I was managing to ignore the unplesant feeling of painful and overwhelming intensity... Now? I just simply can't! I can't watch TV, I can't stand the house lights, I can't walk outside in sunny day - because my eyes hurt me so much... And it's an actual pain, not an illusion... It's really distressing. What that might be? It ever happened to any of You?

It might be a physical condition. If you've never had sore eyes before, you shouldn't just chop it up to being sensory. It might be dry eyes. Since it's obviously causing an inconvenience to you, you probably should go to an optometrist and get that ruled out.

And you should probably invest in some cool shades too. 8)
