Social Anxiety Quiz....

Your Social Anxiety Level: 84%

You have extreme social anxiety.
Your social phobia is a serious problem for you, and you definitely need help.
And while getting help may seem very scary, it's your only choice... except for hermitude!

Hehe!!

I also scored 84%. I would have scored higher if I drank alcoholic beverages. You're not alone. I know how you feel in social situations. However, add a bit of paranoia in there, and you have me.

Your Social Anxiety Level: 16%
You have low social anxiety.
You don't have any social anxiety. In fact, you love being social. (Oh no I do not. I detest it, for the most part, but I'm not afraid of it.)
You're well adjusted and likely quite outgoing. (Yeah... right... ) Your social skills put others at ease. (*Rachel falls off her chair laughing*)

The ones that I said yes to were for reasons other than anxiety:

Quote:
You avoid work or school projects that require you to work in a small group.

I work a lot better alone. Group dynamics give me a headache.

Quote:
When talking to someone in person, you avoid making eye contact.

I can either focus on their eyes, or on what they're saying. Not both.

Quote:
If you're invited to a party, it's more likely than not that you'll avoid going.

Overload and boredom? The perfect combination!

Your Social Anxiety Level: 60%

You have moderate social anxiety.
It's possible that you have a serious social anxiety problem.
But it's also likely that you can help yourself, by getting out more and trying new, scary activities.
No one's secretly judging you. So be yourself, and if you screw up, just laugh.

Being embarrassed in public is one of your biggest fears.
You feel like people are always quietly judging you.
When you drink, it tends to be alone, at home.
You dread doing anything unfamiliar.
You've neglected responsibilities because you couldn't deal with leaving the house.
In social situations, you feel very self-conscious.
Deep down, you know that your social fears are excessive.
Most days, you feel depressed or down.
You often feel lonely.
Avoiding social situations has effected major relationships in your life.
You've experienced a panic attack.
You are self-conscious if you have to talk on your cell phone in public.
After a social event, you go back over all the stupid things you said and did.
You do your best to avoid being the center of attention.
You've drank to feel more at ease in social situations.
When you have a social event planned, you become preoccupied with what could go wrong.
You avoid work or school projects that require you to work in a small group.
There are many things you'd like to try, but you avoid them out of fear of looking dumb.
When talking to someone in person, you avoid making eye contact.
Salespeople often pressure you into buying things you don't really want.
In social settings, you feel that you must act and speak perfectly.
You would never eat in a restaurant alone.
You blush easily.
If you're invited to a party, it's more likely than not that you'll avoid going.
You feel quite isolated.

Your Social Anxiety Level: 80%

You have high social anxiety.
You have a pretty serious social phobia, and it effects your life more than you may realize.
It's possible that you've made yourself comfortable by avoiding situations you dread.
But don't be fooled - you still probably need professional help.

You have low social anxiety.
Of course very unfamiliar or strange situations make you uncomfortable.
But you can pull through and handle almost any social occasion with grace.

The ones I answered; drinking alone, panic attack, doing things unfamiliar, no eye contact and feeling down most days, not going to a party, and working alone, aren't related to social anxiety in my context.

It needs an extra question: are you autistic? Then it'd say something like: you have low social anxiety, but a monkey is better at socializing [with humans] than you are.

The OP had put a link at the top of the post, but it was to the answer to his/her quiz. I used that + the search box to find the beginning of the quiz.

If this link doesn't work, try what I did.

I've been diagnosed with Social Anxiety and I only got 48% on this quiz. What's up with that?

My score was 92 but I don't think the test asked enough questions to really get to the point.

This quiz is inaccurate. I only scored 60% (possibly due to not checking the questions which didn't apply to me) and got the "just be yourself" BS.
