Suppose that you and some woman have a discussion or some sort of misunderstanding. Depending on how vicious the woman is, she can call the cops and tell them that you beat her up or tried to rape her. The cops will arrive and promptly arrest you, no questions asked. If you are charming and articulate enough to convince the judge that the woman in question is lying, you might get off with just a tiny little stain on your criminal record; otherwise, your life goes straight to hell, and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.

so yeah, I am more afraid of women than I am of men.

I've always wondered why the women are always assumed to be the innocent ones. I've met some pretty nasty women in my lifetime.

I don't think it's that easy to ruin someone's life. The cops are privy to the fact people can be vindictive and lie and are going to demand things like proof, for instance. People can always lie and say whatever they want but where's the proof to back up their claims?

Treat them with respect and they won't do anything to you. But.....



There are some b*****s out there who abuse their men and blackmail them so the guy is left helpless or else the woman would call the police and lie to them. My ex went through it except she always threatened to leave him with their son and he would never see him again. When she did decide to leave him, she lied to the judge saying he abused her and had sex with their daughter.

One of my online friends is going through the same except it's an aspie er asspie doing it to him. I call her a b***h and my friend doesn't mind it.

In the military it is dishonorable discharge for the male (no questions asked) and if the woman is found lying the punishment still sticks for the male. Though the woman might be punished.

I know of one guy who almost was. He got drunk at a party and passed out. Two girls took him into a locked bedroom and proceeded to strip him down and tried to get on top of him before his friend kicked down the door and pulled them off.

I thought it was funny also. But it is a very good example of why you do not drink too much. And I think when women (or men) go out drinking large quantities without anyone to look out for them and without any plan. And then end up at someone's house naked... I am not entirely sure it is rape.

If you remove alcohol from the equation. The percentage of rapes would plummet.

So don't go out without a sober friend (who could actually take care of you), a plan, and don't drink more than you can handle.

She still needs to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the sexual assault happened prior to anything being put into a record. The officials in charge must take pictures of her entire body where the alleged bruises and abrasions might be, she might also have to submit to a vaginal inspection and swap to show tearing and find any remaining sperm or spermicidal... I can't imagine just making a claim would cause anything more than a minor investigation.

I'm much more afraid of children than men OR women.

Yeah, but your reputation is damaged for years to come. Look what happened to the Duke-Lacrosse boys who were innocent, yet claims were made that they raped the woman, even though she changed her story many times and there was no evidence.

Only if the defendant waives his right to a trial by jury. Otherwise it's up to the people in the jury and whatever they choose to believe.

Honestly.... anyone with the wherewithal, vindictiveness, and determination could ruin anyone's life if they went about it the right way, all gender aside.

You describe what anyone is capable of. But I do think in our society a vindictive female could do more damage to the character of a male than visa versa. You just cant let it get to you, your true friends will know who is telling the truth if falsely accused, and if they dont believe than it just means you've found a fake friend.
