in bed. in my own room. went to sleep at 8.30 as usual.

Asyou mean in a social context(I DID work today).....



Although it IS still only 8:58PM here, I plan to just watch some TV, study, go to bed, and wake up next year!

8pm and all alone at desk, watching some TV. might go out and get something to eat a drive through instead of fixing up something, is a holiday and all.

Well, it's 8PM now and I'm alone.

(Christmas day too! )

My wife is out of town... does that count?

She's actually on her way back from Little Rock, but she is still out of town for a couple more hours.

oh I revel in spending Xmas day alone, that is a wondrous thing.

New Years: I just watched the Edinburgh military tattoo because I'm a bit fascinated by marching bands, although it's pathetic on tv, you have to be there for that sort of thing, had a coupla beers, then went to bed about 10 or 11 pm I think...zzzzzzzzzz

I don't even care about new years, so I'm staying home alone.

I never went to parties. I was always home with my family. I can remember being in the hotel room with my brothers one year when it became New Years. Last year I was at the New Years party at work babysitting the women's restroom. It was amazing how fast they get dirty.

I am with my family, but I am still pretty much alone. Could be watching Canada vs US in the juniors, but, oh well. I would rather focus on wanting a companion, and having to settle for the 5 yold brother instead.

Yep! Nothing to be shy about, at all.

It's just another day, it means nothing. Am I meant to feel joy? Yay! No can't feel anything here.

Anyway, all the best for the 'new year'. For all of those of us feeling alone, misunderstood and in a bad rut, or none of the previous, I pray that this year will be blessed for us all.

I'm home tonight. My wife is here as well, and she too is on the spectrum. She is upstairs and I'm downstairs, so it is almost like being home alone.
