Figured I give starting a thread on my own a go. As apparently is custom I shall go first:

The best part of my day is the moment after I've finished my getting-ready-for-bed routine,
the teeth are brushed and rinsed and just as I reach to turn off the bathroom light I think "I get to go to sleep." Kind of silly I know, but true.

Either my first cup of coffee of the day, or, about 1 1/2 hour after taking my meds. Tough to decide between the two. :chin:

I agree on the getting-to-go-to-sleep part. Either that, or those times when I wake up too early, realize I don't have to move yet, and just lie there.

Or the part when I'm actually asleep.

breakfast I love it. have to have:

-big mug of good coffee
-newspaper
-favourite muesli with yoghurt
-fresh bun with egg
-refill of coffee

The main part of my day where I do the same thing (watching Friends and posting on WP at the same time). Also sleeping (but not on schooldays cos then I know that my next conscious moment will be morning, and I hate mornings).

I guess it changes day to day, but the event that's most reliable at making me feel good has got to be being done with school or work for the day.
